The general conditions of sales at distance below apply to all online orders placed on www.stoeferke.be. Placing an online order implies therefore, unreservedly, the acceptance of these conditions.

Stoeferke reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. However, the current contracts remain subject to the conditions prevailing at the time of purchase. The sale can be closed in Dutch, French or English (according to the choice of the customer). Subsequent information exchanges will also take place in one of these languages. The customer can not rely on his lack of language skills in order not to apply one or more conditions.


The product catalog offered for sale on the site is the one consulted by the Internet user, within the limits of available stocks. Stoeferke takes great care in the presentation and description of its products to inform customers adequately.

However, it is possible that the website may contain minor errors, which the Internet user recognizes and accepts. In case of force majeure, Stoeferke reserves the right to suspend or to terminate a contract on its obligations.


To order a product online, the customer must follow four steps:

1. Identification of the customer
2. Indication of the delivery address
3. Choice of the delivery method
4. Choice of the payment method

To confirm the purchase, the customer must press on the button « pay » and make the payment. The customer will receive a confirmation email with a summary of his order. The sale is definitive once the customer receives the confirmation email. 



Product prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes and shipping. The total price of the order (taxes and shipping included) is indicated in the shopping cart. Stoeferke reserves the right to change prices at any time but product prices invoiced are those which have been declared at the time of purchase.

The payment is made through the secure platform of our partner Pay.nl. The customer is asked to pay the total price of the order with Visa, MasterCard, Bancontact, Mister Cash, Maestro or Paypal. The client accepts that Stoeferke uses his credit card number to debit the total price of the order.


Deliveries are executed by Bpost from Monday to Saturday, depending on what the customer has chosen during the confirmation of his order. The order will be delivered to the delivery address of the customer or at a collection point.

Orders are shipped within an average of 1-3 days and will be delivered within a maximum delivery time of 1-3 days in Belgium and 3-5 days in Europe. The times indicated are target times, corresponding to the average time of treatment. Stoeferke is not responsible if a delay occurs in delivery.

The delivery in Belgium is free. We charge a participation in shipping costs to the customer when the order is delivered in Europe (outside Belgium).

The customer has 14 calendar days after his order to send free purchases back in its original packaging and condition. To make a return, the customer must follow the return procedure indicated on the delivery slip which the customer has received with the order. After receiving the return, Stoeferke will refund the order. If the customer does not comply with these conditions, Stoeferke will not perform the refund.

Stoeferke will use the personal information of the customer solely for after-sales and in order to inform the customer about his orders. These identifiable information will not be shared or sold to third parties. The customer is always able to consult and modify his data in his customer account. The bank details of the customer are never in possession of Stoeferke. Transactions are handled entirely by Ogone.

To facilitate the future access of the customer to the website, Stoeferke may use cookies. These cookies avoids that the customer always has to identify himself. The customer has the option to remove these cookies in its browser.
